This guy is a prank text message sender. I have asked him 3 times not to send me text messages after I mistakenly sent him a text while trying to set up my phone. (there is 1 number different between mine and his) I have warned him 1 more text message I will seek an intervention order. Unfortunately I don't think he is bright enough to understand how serious I am. After speaking to my neighbour (an acting sergeant at my local police station) it is quite easy now to get an electronic intervention order. Then all I need do is wait for him to breach it by sending a text or calling me and he get arrested then fronts a court the next day. He would be bailed until he did it again. Still he can explain to everyone why he didn't show up to work without a phone call etc. Courts don't start'sitting (hearing cases) until 10am. Even if he was lucky enough to be first up it would be at least 11.30 before all the paperwork was sorted. Then of course he will need to get a new phone etc. Personally I hope he does continue to send texts, just to teach him a lesson.
