Received continuous abuse from this number. Unknown whom it is. His rant is reminiscent of some sort of psychotic stalker. This person is paranoid and presents a fantasy whereby they are being monitored, hacked, and victimised by various authorities.
They acuse one of being some sort of informant for some unnamed cabal. This person needs to take their medication.
