Richard from Sapphire Recruitment was rude as soon as he'd learn you are not a solution to his problem. Rings multiple times and when told repeatedly that this is not a good time to talk, he'd continue talking. You would think that someone who claims to be in recruitment business for 20 years would have the ethics to ask if its a good time, or call later especially when its an unsolicited call.
