Number has called twice and I hear nothing at all... Blocked the number.

Has called twice a day for the past week or so. So annoying, keep rejecting the call.

Bastardising the industry

Customer Care Australia. They call virtually every day. I've told them I'm not interested and to remove me from their system, but a week later and they're calling again

Keep getting missed calls, sick to death of them ringing!

Repeated missed calls over the past few days. Never leave a voice mail. Clever as their number comes up as mobile 0423 489 501. When I returned call all their operators were busy. They are getting sneaky.

Rings, gives no time to answer then leaves a "missed call" message. Probably trying to get personal information they can use for identity theft. Do NOT ring back or tell them anything.

Same I only just changed my number with telstra also....only thing I have used with my number was to order food over the internet

Yes, I was wondering the same. I get a couple of calls from them every week now! Annoying!

I've had them call twice. The first time he was very pushy and intimidating. I tried being polite but he demanded that I stay and talk. I actually got a little scared and ended the call.

This was a few months ago. Then they just called again today and when I realised it was the same people again I got anxious and said I had to go and hung up.

life insurance stuff

Call from "Australian Customer Care". Ended up being a sales call for some kinds of insurance, life insurance, "final expenses" insurance.

Sounded like an older lady. Stated call is recorded for quality control purposes.
Asked if I had life insurance and/or final expenses insurance or similar in place.
After a pause for thought I calmly said:
"I don't need to discuss that with you."
She then began talking further. I did not want to hear more persuasion to listen to their product information.
I calmly interrupted and said:
"Excuse me, madam, I ..." and wanted to finish "don't need to discuss that with you".
I was cut off and told "Well I just wanted to offer you a cheaper alternative" and she hung up the call.

What I'd like to know is where they got my number form to start with!!

they call me at least once a day and I dont answer. Tried to be cheeky and send text messages like "who is this?" "why do you keep ringing?" with no reply... lol

don't answer them this is not from australia insurance care no way you no way because they are using cellphone must be office phone

Customer Care Australia - claiming to be doing customer survey then tried to sell life insurance etc

don't bother to answer. they are bloody annoying . stay away

Missed call today. No voicemail message

They rang me three times yesterday but no voice mail. And I answered today. They ask how much I'm earning per hour. Such a good question at the beginning for selling insurance.
