Two missed calls. No message left. On the reject list.

This number is already on my reject list, and yet, I just got two missed calls from it and get this a voice message on my message bank. There was a click, sounds of a call center and then after about a minute of silence, an Indian woman said hello, mumbled something and hung up.

Didn't recognize the number. After they hung up, they didn't leave a message.
