Energy Company - story included that I had been sent a letter (not) and they were combining all area receivers of said letter etc etc. When I advised I did not have time and was not interested I was advised that "Why did you answer a call from an unknown number" - my response - How the hell did they get my private phone number. Ended up hanging up as he would not go away
