Just hung up no message

Missed a call from this number tried to call back immediately and got a message from Optus that the number has been disconnected. Then a missed call voice to text came through that said... “You missed a call from 0422 518 673, who said "___ Consular notification. You have not received the letter. If you need to query press one." This message was provided by Telstra at no charge to you.”
