Caller: Spam caller using some one's current mobile number

received a threatening call, hung up before they uttered to many words. Called the number back and a was answered with a recorded message by the mobile owner asking to leave a message. On calling back and listening to the recorded message, this person was Australian and not who the recorded threatening message ringing me. I have experienced this before, scammers using current mobile numbers of Australian users
