Warning-don't give landlines to Pizza Shops that Deliver-drivers can't keep them private!:
This number was the cell phone used by a man delivering for Domino's Pizza (in Australia) who, when he supposedly knocked on the door of our home and no one answered (no one heard any knock and were waiting for it, so we don't believe his story), allegedly tried to call from his cell phone (we heard the phone ring then stop after a second, not giving us time to answer it) went to a few houses in our local area and asked them to telephone our SILENT number to contact us. The problem with this is that now our once private number has been given to a few people in the neighbourhood whom we don't know and would not give our phone number to anyway. His behaviour was reported to Dominos but our family thought it would be wise to warn anyone who has a landline they don't want to be spread to anyone else to be wary of Pizza franchises that take your telephone number. If we had owned a mobile at the time, we would have used it-they're much easier to be able to block calls from compared to having a silent landline. Now we will be having to take action to change our number and our provider (since Australia's Telstra is useless when it comes to blocking numbers). And we won't be using Pizza delivery places again.
