After reading the other comments I'm fairly sure it's health insurance comparison. I visited the site recently and got an email yesterday saying they've been trying to call me, which I think must have been other numbers because this number is a first.

Ask if I owned my home, I said no, then she said "oh , no insurance", then hung up

Recently visited Health Insurance comparison. Received a number of calls BUT no one spoke when I answered. Then the call went dead.

Calls and hangs up..annoying

The call reaches message bank and hangs up.

Calls my mobile and sounds like office noises in background; no one speaks so I hung up. Recently visited Health Insurance Commission site for comparative quotes.
