It was not Mr Lorenz but someone claiming they were a subscriber calling me from Victoria to discuss home loan finance based upon referral recommendation by his uncle Kemwar. He promised to provide me with his contact details by way of an SMS exchange but did not later claiming he was not ready to proceed. I am suspicious the caller might have hacked into my phone systems after I provided my contact details in the first agreed SMS as such an event happened withing 2 days of me providing my details
