It is NOT from Optus! It is possible hacking,but likely just spam.

Received unsolicited SMS message 2013-4-4 on Optus 3G smartphone Samsung. Subject: "Optus MSG". Message size: 1KB. Contains link with button to press marked "Download". SMS test says: "Expires 11:23, Apr 6". Melbourne, Victoria.
