Caller: Solar Power Scammer

Asked for me by name. I refused to say 'Yes'. Then started to talk about rebate schemes and savings on solar power deals. It amazes me that these idiots are able to hijack legitimate phone numbers and that our telecommunications authorities are unable or unwilling to stop it (and probably inept), after all what are they for? Stupid to keep them in control of anything, it's a waste of taxpayer money.
