Very unlikely that this is Stephanie O's number from 2016. More likely some scammer. I didn't answer, as is my strict policy of not answering numbers that are not saved in my phone as legitimate contacts. If it was a legitimate call, I would receive a voicemail and guess what, no voicemail from Stephanie's old number.
Treat this number with no respect, until it can prove otherwise - do not answer!!
