Caller: Said he was from Telstra

Very faint line, I didn't hear where he said he was from so I asked very politely if he could repeat what he had said. He said, "Telstra, what are you some kind of idiot, are you stupid or something, why are you asking me again and again." I said there was no need to be rude and could I speak to his manager and he said "I'm not going to do what you say, f**k you". So I hung up.
