Caller: AHPRA supposedly

Text message said" You have now passed your AHPRA Renewal and have been made inactive."

AHPRA stands for Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. This is an Australian Government Agency.
Why would they text from a mobile phone on a Saturday afternoon to someone who has never had anything to do with them?

Obviously a scammer. Tried calling back on a land line and the number is switched off or not in a mobile area.....
