sms regarding parcel delivery with https link... called engaged

sent me a text message saying they attempted to deliver my parcel with ups code and unpaid charge, with a short link. followed it, and it said 3 dollars for the parcel. didnt proceed any further. its a scam

message regarding a delivery that has been stopped at the depot. http link that my security software blocked. Looks suspicious.

Text message from this number stating 'There is a package (HAR-V572-N0R) waiting to be collected: short URL... You took one of the sports on our 16/10-list.

I assume this is a scam. Haven't opened link.
