Do not pick up. Do not say yes. They ask your questions so that you can say yes. It will then be recorded so they can use your voice to activate other services.

Had missed call, rang back within one minute and get "this number has been disconnected".

But he was calling from some finance company. Probs fraudulent. Could hear a lot of background noise, was obviously in a call center.

Independent financial company looking to collect information on your current superannuation policies. Simply advice you are happy and informed with current provider and hang up! :-)

They kept calling back me even though I’ve somehow managed missed all of their phone calls. Tried to call back but got the Optus disconnected number messages.

Called me twice. Left a voicemail one time. Said I was going to be arrested for tax fraud or something related to that. When I tried to call back it said the phone number was disconnected.
