Caller: Not call but he give me number

Last night (16/3/21 at 1 am) I'm coming back from working to my unit at Memorial Avenue Merrylands I saw the man was Park the car right in front of my garage and my garage it's was fully open and every box been open as bad but the man he said he saw two person in there when he arriving but I think he the one do this and he pretending try to help me for the information and he gave me this number. I have got Call app ID and his name come up is "Moey Merrylands" (he tell me he name is Ahmad and come from Lebanon)
