This is probably a pool of numbers some scammer bought or spoofed during a phishing expedition as the previous 0420 419 numbers ended in 171 and 162.

Seriously, it's about time we had a crackdown on 04 and 05 (except 0550) numbers that don't come from a verified cell phone in Australia and let's start with removing these numbers from businesses that are using them as SMS text-in numbers for their radio stations.
