Appears to be a fake text to verify a Lloyds Auctions account. Reported and blocked.

Caller: State Penalties Enforcement Registry (TMR) Very legitimate looking message about a payment for a fine that was not accepted by my payment plan. I double checked my mail and emails. No fines. I went online and tried to find a place to input the reference number on TMR and SPER websites, both showed invalid. I don't know what the scam is, but it must have another shoe to drop because they put the actual 1300 number for SPER at the bottom. Clearly the fact that it came from a random +614... number shows it's not actually the government. The government will always use an alias (e.g. TMR) instead of a number for their notification text messages. They will only use a real number when they request a response e.g. 'YES' or 'NO' since you can't respond to an alias text. Very annoying.

I received a text message from this number with just two kisses 'xx', nothing else. Seemed random so I googled and found these other comments above. I did not respond to the text.

Claimed to be from Hays recruitment offering a job opportunity. Asked for their name so I could call back via the Hays landline. No response.
