It doesn’t recognise any company name or person, as well as this I never sent any email on this day.

Got a message reading like this:

Good afternoon. This message is from [place]. Your appointment [date] will be rescheduled. A letter will be sent for your next appointment.

It's imitating a actual reschedule message but it isn't written in the right tense for the actual one.
