Messaged about a parcel on hold

Its SMS said: 'Hi (my real name), Are you interested in completed a 5 week Introduction to Construction Skill Set including accredited units and held in (a suburb where I live nearby). This course will meet activity requirements if completed, and certificate provided when completed. If yes, please reply with construction. Thanks (My job provider's business name).'
I checked on google and found this number is scam, therefore I did not do anything with this sms. I am not sure how scammer know my real name, my living suburb, and my job provider's business name? Did job provider had any data leaking? But cannot find any relevant disclosure. Everything is unsure, but makes me felt unsafe.

Caller: I don't know, but definitely NOT Specsavers. The logo was wrong, plus Specsavers dont mail new glasses out to customers. You have to have an instore fitting to ensure the glasses are to spec and fit properly..

Caller: Cash loan scam

Scammer sending me the following text using multiple mobile numbers addressed to “Ranniel” (not me):
Ranniel, Want a very fast cash loan today. Paid in 15 Min*. No Credit Check! Easy Approval. 2min Apply > https://nxt.to/PWCs75g Stop to opt out

Text message was, Sending smiles to all moms.
