Caller: Cedric "from the Lottery"

I received a phone call after 5:30pm today,I said hello a few times as no-one replied immediately,and then I hear a mans voice in which sounds like a noisy background,(call centre )A man named Cedric with an Indian accent who says he's from the lottery, 1: I'm not registered with the Lottery and:2: how the hell did this guy know my first name I remembered my mother telling me the other day about some scam with the lottery hotline number and Telstra customers(I'm with Optus) how their customers were getting scammed by ringing up trying to find out out the results, by some scammers,it got so bad Telstra blocked all their customers from that number alarms bells went off, I hung up and checked Reverse Australia no one had complained yet, be careful
