Caller: Sun Doctors Noosaville I received a text in error from this number on two occasions. The appointment reminder was obviously sent to the incorrect number, so I called the number and it's legitimate. They apologised and stated that they would double check their records and contact the lady it was meant for. Hope she made her appointment.

Clever scam this one. Give away is the URL https://bit.ly...
Text message purports to be from d*ckens and Herd Opometrists and email has my first name - my guess is they have been hacked and personal data stolen.
SMS text messages states that they want me to update my details via a link or by calling them. Phone number is valid (clever), but most folk will just tap the link as they recognise the number and so trust the text message. Tapping the link (DONT DO IT! I browsed to the link using a 'throw away' virtual machine incase anything bad happened (like a virus/malware!) and it redirected me to Survey Monkey that has the d*ckens and Herd Opometrists branding on it (again, clever - Survey Monkey is seen as legit and using branding makes it more realistic). It wants first/last name, email address and phone number - pretty simple and not suspicious but will give Malusers definative data about your IE That the phone and email are linked to your name.
Delete the text and put the sending number in your blocked list!
