Sent message twice in 4 days, first message failed parcel delivery with a link to update personal details, second time just texts my name.

test recd, early on 2/5/2023. read my name, confirming apt with nurses room on 3/5, at correct time. reply yes, masks optional.
strangely right time and date wrong place and not sent my doctor.

If it didn’t say my name I’d say someone typed the wrong number into a website, but now I’m concerned.
