While the reference data in the message appears legit (I looked up the contact numbers and they matched), the actual content appears to be bullsh*t - unless the referenced service provider screwed up, which is of course entirely possible.

I received a text message saying that they were developing new online training and wondered if l would like to check it out and there was a link a government training site. It was addressed to a Jessica which isn't my name and l'm a male. However l did receive a text later in the day saying that the text was mistakenly sent and that l should ignore it. They also apologised. So l would say that it was from a legitimate source.

Scammer. Services Australia Trading as Centrelink. Centrelink is a Corporation, it is registered in the USA and it is a car park. Just like the Electoral Commission is registered to a vacant block of ground in Lakes Entrance

I recevied a message from this mobile number saying you recently applied for Centrelink and to get the right help to click on a link. Which I refused to click on as its a scam and then they said Centrelink told us on your a exemption and asked me again to click on jobsearch link and to check my inbox. Its a scam as I dont have a jobsearch account anyway. Its definately a scam

employment people with important information regarding job stuff

I received a similar SMS message telling me that Centrelink told them about my exemption status. Asked me to sign in to "jobsearch.gov.au/online-employment-services"

I thought it was a scam because Centrelink wouldn't be telling employment agencies about people who are exempted from looking for jobs because of personal and health problems.
