Waited for me to say hello twice then hung up... automated message said thank u good bye

Claimed to be calling about the federal rebate program, from a mobile phone number, without specifying which government nor who he was calling for or what his own name was.

Recieved call after midday. There was a silent pause after picking up the call, then noise background came through, a male with heavy accent asked "hello is this Rose" then hung up.

Caller: Big Boys fun time

scared me and had heavy breathing

Caller: They didn't say who they were.

Unsolicited phone call, a brief period of silence while the robodialler connects you to an operator who then said he was calling about the Australian Government's solar rebate scheme and wanted to know if I had solar panels on my roof.
I hung up and blocked the number immediately.
