Very polite man with an Asian accent. Claiming to be from Telstra wanting to up grade my internet speed free of charge. Wanted me to go to my wifi and tell him what my current speed was. I told him I didn’t know how to do that, so no. He asked if the symbol was there, I said yes, so he said just tell me what your speed is. I asked him which part of No did he not understand, at which point he politely terminated the call. Our account is not with Telstra! 😂 scam!
