Was quoted $700 for a 3 bedroom bond clean.
Cleaners arrived but left after 4 hours. Did not clean carpet and did not finish cleaning house.
Demanded more money to return to clean home.
Realestate agent informed us of the sub par clean on a house we sold.
Demanded a refund for the work that was not completed as in accordance with Australian consumer law and they hung up in my ear and blocked my number.
Searched on facebook and found their company page was littered with bad reviews. Beware!!
Business also refused to offer me a receipt for the work done and refused to offer a refund or to return and complete the work that was not completed.
