My name is Richard Holt and I manage the Holt Fitness gym just up the road at St Paul’s school in Bald Hills. We are a small, friendly gym catering for the needs of all of our client’s open from 5:00am until 9:00pm each day. I am aware that your business is in the local area and would like to notify you of a new program that we are running at Holt Fitness.

During lunch hours we are offering a training program open for groups from businesses like yours to come and train for an hour with one of our three qualified personal trainers for a group fitness session. Not only with this increase the general health of your workers but also the sense of teamwork and bonding that all companies require to run efficiently. Sessions are just $15.00 per person for an hours session which is a great deal!

Here at Holt Fitness we focus not only on the physical aspects of training but also the psychological side of health, including nutrition and team building. If you have some people interested in coming down and checking out our facilities please let me know and we can organise some training times!
