Text message sent - Unknown number with a video attachment and text stating - Are you better off?

Unknown number offering a movie to watch on my phone

A text came from this number at 7.05pm on a public holiday.
It had a political message and a video.
It did not state the author of the text.
Very disappointing due to the timing, lack of transparency about the source and also, in the current climate of scamming, asking someone to click on a video is shameful.
