It is the NAB. Very genuine.
This is the number that text messages are sent from when you add a biller to your bank account or need to authroize a payment.
If your not with NAB then it is likely that the person who is doing the transaction needs to update or correct their phone number on their NAB internet banking.
If you are registering with NAB internet banking for the first time - they will send you the 6 digit code and this needs to be typed in to ativate your log on.
If you have received a text and your not with NAB - it is likely to be a genuine error. Just delete the msg.

Its not the NAB - the number is disconnected. It is someone trying to access accounts and hoping people arent set up for SMS notifications

Sent me balances to my sms I'm not a NAB customer and never have been thought was wrong number at first.. I believe its a scammer ..

The bizarre message I got was:
Secret code for Registration is --------. Do not provide this to anyone, even NAB.

This is a genuine number from NAB. I get an sms every morning with my bank balance. This is not a scam number at all. How anyone mistakes it as a scam number is beyond me. This is and always has been a genuine NAB number

I am with NAB and rang them this morning to check where my new debit card was - because I had forgotten my pin number they had to send me a security code to verify my ID. The code was sent to my mobile and it is this number - so it is actually NAB.

Scam hackers and police corruption as they wont help

Just got the message, claims it to be a payee code from Eligh, yet follows up with "Do not provide to anyone, not even NAB." If thats not a scam than I don't know what is, how stupid do they think people are these days.

Contrary to the comment from Jacinta that this number relates to a scam, it's actually a genuine number used by NAB to send out confirmation codes for online banking transactions. In my case, I received an SMS which included a code to authorise a password reset. NAB confirmed that my account had not been hacked, so I assume that someone had probably inadvertently entered the wrong NAB account ID number online and then tried to do a password reset.

This is a credit card scamming company claiming to be from nab. They will say you have been scammed and ask you to confirm your card details before saying they will cancel your card and send you a new one. Never give your details over the phone everrr.
