cannot register on internet line send many complaints with all details, because i am overseas on different sim card cannot get secret code as they send it on my sim card optus australia gave my phone number here still send code to my phone in australia now apparently my account is block????still get money from my pension, how stupid that can be????

NAB have told me to report this to their fraud department . It's simple if you get sent codes that you have nor requested then someone else is requesting them using either your account number or your mobile number .........................use your head and think about .

I doubt that, it is a fishing scam trying to gain access to your account I have had accounts hacked and trust me this is what they are trying to do

this appears to be a fishing scam as I never requested this code twice I have received it and I am now in contact with NAB to find out what is going on.Do not reply to this message delete it , it is definitely not from the NAB or if it is , someone is trying to access your account and is trying to break in .This is a security threat and should be reported to the bank

Received two texts In a row with ‘security codes’ reading other comments from This number makes it hard to know if this is a scam number or if it’s legit. Might be worth calling the bank if the texts are asking for details. In my case it’s not and I believe someone may have put in the wrong phone number.

I say a SCAM, but went to NAB website where they have on their security page "If you receive a suspicious text message claiming to be from us, you can forward it directly to 0476 220 003* (047 NAB 0003 - to make it easier, we recommend you save it in your phone Contacts as ‘NAB Hoax’)" but not sure why they wouldn't just recommend blocking the number!

Was told they were arranging to refund my amazon prime subscription. As it transposed from my own stupidity, end out getting scammed for $1,008.00. Embarrassed and should have known better. Why can’t these numbers be traced and shut down. I see that the fraud squad is investigating, and should lock them up, and throw the key away. They initiated a transaction that was cancelled, and I think did a cash advance for $1,000.00 plus $8.00 bank fee from western union.
