Had been warned about people ringing ( Scammers ) , then saying " bad connection, are you there ? ) . They want you to say " Yes " , so they can record your voice saying it , so they can access bank accounts and other voice recognition in other institutions that you are involved in .
I am suspicious that this bloke , saying those words maybe trying it . When I said back to him , he hung up ! I didn't say what he wanted .
