this was definite a scam

Scam. Said my home loan is overdue and to click the link to repay.

Message says your reminder for a named service is due, and to follow up with them Genesis Care for appointment to have test done.
This was Not true.
On calling the company they said they had received another phone call with an unusual SMS's, to follow up with Genesis Care for appointment to have test done.
Also untrue.
I believe it to be a scam.

Looks legitimate describing a parcel having an invalid address, however the link used leads to an Indian website called inkclan .in (do NOT visit).
