Don't know this mob and never gave them my number.
Blocked the stalking spammers and scammers!

Caller: Oak Road Estate Wines (The Wine Group)

I had a marketing call from The Wine Group yesterday... advised them that I had already requested a number of times to be removed from their database. Then I receive a text message today from this number which is apparently Oak Road Estate, with a link to some supposedly fabulous bargains and an opt-out option. I have opted out before of course.
Left a message via their website that I will be contacting Consumer Affairs.

foul mouthed and unhelpful. fourth time I have requested to be taken off their spam (scam) list.
Since my original complaint to them they have subscribed me to other spam lists.

This group should refrain from advertising alcohol…. We are an alcohol free household…so inappropriate.

Not a call, just a text. I did exactly the same. Blocked. It's a way of marketing these days. Ok if you are interested but if you aren't, and never contacted them in the first place, just block it if you can.

‭(03) 8551 3300‬ and ask them to remove my number off their data base. Person who answered the phone said they buy names through Echo Group. I’m off to search Echo Group!!

SPAM received via text. No idea how they got my number - clearly unwanted marketing that I did not ever agree to sign up for. I wish they'd get a fine for unsolicited marketing.

Unsolicited text messages to my mobile with a link to buy wine. Very annoying. It said I could reply 'stop' to opt out but hesitate to interact with the spammers considering I never gave them my number and subscribed in the first place

For the last month I've received at least two messages a week from these idiots. They have all invited me to opt out by texting stop, however, this and other websites are full of people who tried that and had no success, and I'm concerned that they will just realise that they have a live number if I do reply, so instead I filed a complaint with ACMA three weeks ago, but unfortunately the SMS messages keep coming. Google the name of their registered offices "Roy Spagnolo" and some very interesting results about Mr Spagnolo of Griffith NSW and his associates pop up.

Interesting to see I am not the only one this has happened to.

Harassing unwanted sales phone calls, despite asking them very politely at least 10 times with different people to be taken off the database. I was not so polite today. Despite blocking them, they keep changing their number. I received a call today from 0480 004 579.

Which govt or telecoms authority has the responsibility to make this stop?
