Have been a long standing (special!) customer and resonably happy with my purchases. Recently got talked into ordering 12 bottles of "Red Beast" shiraz for $25 per bottle. A six pack was delivered followed by a six pack of Bleasdale Bremerview 2017 Shiraz. After querying this error, was sent an invoice stating 6 pack of Red Beast - $180, and 6 pack of Bremerton $120 convenientlt added to $300 from my credit card. NOT CORRECT. Reaction to a further complaint was that the salesman was right. Disgraceful! Never deal with them again.

Caller: Multiple The 04 selling trick eh. Kids who seem to have some sales skills in a call centre to sell wine. Multiple websites and domains too. Main site lists an impossible number 03.1111.1111. The other 03 number has some cryptic message. I've bought from them with the most recent order wrong. Don't you like the 'I'll throw in my employee discount' line!

Caller: Can't remember his name - had a foreign accent I have purchased wine from this company in the past, some good and some not so. Everything they call it is a different caller - and all are very pushy - they do not know the meaning of the word "No" or "I'm not interested at the moment" - in the end I just hang up when they don't give up. Have blocked all numbers that they have called from but still get the calls - unfortunately you cannot call Oak Road Estate to be taken off list as the number on the website does not exist, what would happen if you actually wanted to purchase some wine.

Telemarketing calls from Oak Road Estate office in Camberwell Melbourne VIC
Paid for 2 dozen bottles, received only one box, complaint sent to Aust Post & Oak Road Estate. Failed to answer many frustrating phone calls to either office.
No reply from either organisation!!!

Since signing in for COVID purposes at a BWS store (writing my name and number in their log) I now get constant SMS spam from these d*ckheads. Either their cheeky sales rep took a photo of the logbook, or a corrupt BWS employee sold a copy to them. Pathetic. Have reported them to https://www.accc.gov.au/contact-us/contact-the-accc/report-a-consumer-issue

Spam text message offering wine discounts. My number is on the Do Not Call register. Sick of these parasites! I have lodged a formal complaint with ACMA.

Suggest reporting them to Victorian government liquor licensing - these messages are going to people under 18 years of age (https://www.vcglr.vic.gov.au/contact-us)

Got a robocall that immediately disconnected when I answered and now I’m getting spam by wine sales text messages. As if annoying me with these stupid messages will make me buy their wine

Quite possibly a Dan Murphy employee. I am a DM member and use my phone number, instead of my DM Member number when buying from there!

Caller: Oak Road Estate Report them to the ACMA at https://www.acma.gov.au/spam-complaint-form and shut them down!
By resolving the bitly short URL (add a plus symbol, "+", to the end) it confirms the link is to oakroadestate (spammers). Interestingly, the full URL includes "&utm_campaign=Salesforce" right at the end. I have confirmed with Salesforce staff through Chat at www.salesforce.com/au that indeed that URL element indicates they are involved.
I started receiving these shortly after using the QR code at a Chambers Cellars in NSW, which made me suspicious, but I don't know if it's actually related. Could be just a coincidence.
