This man came into our street and shot a rooster whilst my son was on the street. No warning. When questioned by my wife he, still carrying the freshly killed carcass, was entirely insensitive to what. He had done and the distress it had caused. He made claims that he was from WIRES and that the police had been informed. These claims have been refuted by both organizations. Make up your own mind if you want to use the services of such a person
