Caller: Scam asking about a car accident

Received a phone call from someone with an Indian / Middle Eastern accent (mobile number 0417 960 273), asking if I had a car accident a while ago. When I told him he must have the wrong number, he asked for my surname. I told him I haven't been in any accident and think he has the wrong number. He consistently asked for my full name and when I refused to tell him, he hang up abruptly.
