He is currently trying to do the same thing to me on Gumtree. Wants to pay frieght and when i offer to pick-up he is busy and going away for work. Will only respond to texts or messages through Gumtree

Had a wanted add up on gumtree for a football guernsey. I know the person who actually has the guernsey that they were trying to sell 1 of 1 guernsey and can’t ever be reproduced.

Complete scammer was showing me other stuff that he clearly didn’t have.

This person tried to scam me offering parts I was asking for on gumtree pretending he had went on for a few days when I asked for pics which he got from google I offered to pic up he then stopped replying for a few days then gave me a state he lives which was different to where he said he lived earlier. Then said no pick up and I had to send cash if I want more info

Had a wanted add in gumtree for parts, thought from the get go he was a scammer, proved to be right, he got nasty when found out , I will be reporting.

Only communicated by phone ( text ) and when asked to go through G'tree, just went silent !!...
