Dear Unknown Customer.

This is Rachel, owner operator for OCD Cleaning Maid in Maitland.

A supplier has brought this post to my attention today, since conducting a reference check in approval for a monthly account. Up until now, I have never heard of ReverseAustralia.com. How is this ok to have people title themselves as 'unknown customer' and be allowed to slander businesses in such a way as you have done to me? I would like to take the time to ask you who you are, and why you feel it is ok to make false accusations against myself and my business? I would like to make one thing clear to you, whoever you may be that I HAVE NOT and would not operate my business in such a way that you are saying I have done to you. I don't know what's more disturbing; one being portrayed as a dishonest thief, or you slandering my business from Brisbane, three days after Christmas on a Saturday. I was enjoying my holidays 7 months pregnant.

My work is carried out for the Government and Real Estate, all of which are contracts. Payment after Invoice. One domestic clean that I have maintained for going on 3 years. I have never asked for cash up front from any client, and as a sole trader, offering services without payment first could potentially run the risk of someone doing exactly what it is you say I have done to you. It has never happened and I am repulsed at your comment to say the least.

I'm as honest as the day is long, and I enjoy doing what I do best. I manage a reputable cleaning business based on loyalty, determination and the strive to be good at what I do, and will continue to do for the years to come. I am proactive, and a very nice person. I will not allow you to belittle me, or my reputation as I am 100% certain that I have never walked away from a job and an unsatisfied client. I warrant all work, and go beyond expectations of my clients.

It would be lovely to hear from you further if you would like to give me a call. Maybe you would enlighten me on the date and address I was to carry work out for you? Again, if I had treated you in the way you say I have, I would have already expected that you would have attempted to contact me personally but you haven't. You haven't because I have never done such a thing.
