I got this call today which I didn’t recognise the number so I didn’t answer it. They left a message but the message was spoken in Japanese/Chinese and have no idea what they called about. I called the number back only to have a message say that there was incoming call restrictions. So no idea who they are or what they wanted. Have since blocked the number.
