IT IS AGL. The text messagedid not ask me for any action or payment. itreminded me I have a correct payment due in 2 days. It was DEFINITELY my account details AND correct billed amount. I checked with AGL who informed me this was a correct text. Dr Victor Smith

First I receive a text messages saying AGL account overdue (my AGL account had been disconnected). Then shortly after, I received another text from this number saying I have 2 accounts with AGL and one is over paid, would I like a refund. If so, press this.... blah blah blah... TOTAL SCAMMERS!

Caller: 0416 906 994 Scam. Texted me I have an overdue electricity bill of $361, due in two weeks. I don’t have any overdue bills. My electricity bill wasn’t $361. It was due last week and was cleared before that.
Scam. Don’t fall for it. Do not give your card details.

AGL (perhaps) Offering to transfer funds from one energy account which is in credit into the othr which is in arrears. Not sure if it is legit. Asking me to reply "1" within one business day to allow it to go ahead. I'd suggest calling AGL to check this before relying.
