Says it is from TPG but suspicious as when you call and press 1 or 2 (as requested) nothing happens, repeating etc . I think best not to respond to this number, and ring TPG number advertised on their website instead, and definitely don't give any details. TPG couldn't confirm or deny the sms was from them, so sounded dubious. Very unusual.

Received a text from TPG informing me that my internet connection was scheduled for the next day and to please make sure my modem is on and connected to power during installation. I never ordered any services from TPG.

Phone call & later short sms asking ‘john’ to Call back in regards to his enquiry about getting nbn installed. My name is not John & were still waiting for nbn to be installed in our area.

Got an SMS from this number stating. We are trying to reach you regarding your internet service with us, TPG. What time can we call you back?
I dont have an internet service with them so I find it a misrepresentation.
