Received a message saying that my cat was now booked in for surgery and to call the number provided within the next 24 hours to confirm booking. I obviously didn't call the number but googled it and it and the number that came up was for the RSPCA. What was unsettling is that they mentioned my cat by name in the text, unaware that she's already passed. Every organisation that dealt with my cat is aware of her passing, except for the RSPCA where I adopted her 10 years ago, and never returned.
