Caller: SMS from 'ANZ share investing'

One off notification about a designated share reaching a particular price. It Is legitimate as information is correct and I requested the alert if a particular price was reached yesterday.

Caller: Claiming they are Bendigo Invest Direct

Telling me to contact them immediately my phone number has been changed. This is 100% a SCAM. I have never had anything to do with this business. BEWARE EVERYBODY.

Received two messages - one from CMC Markets who run their share market trades for Bendigo Bank - that was legit - then a second one today, two months later, saying "Your Bendigo Invest Direct Authorisation Code is XXXXXX." Called into the bank to check. They confirmed (as others have here) that this message is a hoax. Deleted, blocked & reported here.

Caller: CMC Markets

This phone number is used by CMC Markets for sending a code for the multi level authentication when you do a password change/reset from the CMC Markets website. Not sure if CMC Markets use it for any other reason.

I received 2 texts this morning stating "Your CMC Markets Invest Authorisation Code is xxxx" (2 different codes). I haven't had any dealings with CMC for 2 years.

Keep getting repeated messages from this number claiming to be from ANZ Share Investment - they are not connected to the bank

Got a text from this number saying it was Fox Personnel in Bendigo, a private employment agency.

Just received a text from this number reminding me of an appointment with Smart Salary. I rang Smart Salary and they have no record of this number nor do they have my details seen as I have never even heard of them. This number is obviously a hoax.

Just reveived half a text message about a potential job.

this number is an online business text facility perhaps ur number is reused :)

Received a text from this number saying "please be aware that planking has the potential for extremely serious and fatal outcomes. CMG advises that planking will not be tolerated in the workplace."

Weird. CMG are an engineering company that I have nothing to do with.

Just received a text from this number telling me to contact DOME on 8410 4344 re job number ____ and not to reply to the SMS as they would not get it.
