Sent me a text message saying:
Your Apple ID account has been restricted. To restore services, please visit itunes.apple.com.billing-update.services to confirm your details.

I didn't click the link. I went directly to my iTunes account and there was no restriction in place, hence I think this is a false message and the link is potentially a phishing site.
