Caller: australian advisory service think this is similar to Information Australia, as they have the same talking points. are you a tax payer do you have a home loan do you want to save money wont give any details for web page ... i think next steps is asking for account details.
when i asked how they got my number they said i clicked on the app and checked if my name was Jane; FYI I'm a male and dont think i sound like a female on the phone as i was telling them to remove my number form their database she hung up, so not professional in the legal sense... but likely a professional scammer

Caller: Australian advisory service said that she is from an advisory centre and offered some tax incentive ( by the way I am an employee of ATO). Was interested knowing who does she represents, asked few times for her to tell me what organisation she represents and in the end she got frustrated, told me that obviously I am not interested and hang up on me. SCAM people!!! There are no such tax incentives , I should know.:)

Caller: Australia Advisory Service Obviously they pay no attention to the other person at the end of the line as they got my voicemail but they were speaking to it as if someone has answered the called.

Scam, just got a call about illegal activity and I only presume they will ask for a 'bail' cheque, I hung up before it however.

Same as above - I asked who they were affiliated to and I was hung up on. Please challenge these so called 'professionals' as to who they represent and never provide personal details.

Caller: Advisory Centre Second time they have cold called me, this time I asked for more details, asked for a website that I could refer to, any information about the company that she was calling from as last time I tried googling to come up short. She kept telling me that she couldn't give out that information unless I was eligible for the 'incentives'. I asked for information about the incentives, asked her to direct me to the ATO website where these incentives are and she could not/would not do this. Back and forth back and forth - I just wanted to keep her on the phone to stop her scamming others. She was trying very hard to convince me that it wasn't a scam but surprise surprise she couldn't offer me any information about the 'company' or who she was calling from unless I wanted to progress further. Total sham.

Caller: Helen definitely not a scam as i assumed at first. Spoke with a lady Helen who informed me there are incentives I may be entitled to. gave some information which I lied a little about but did receive a second call in which was some pretty good info, weren't asking for money which i thought as well. I would have gone further with it but i didn't qualify.

Caller: australian advisory service Appeared to be a scam call, wanted to let me know about tax incentives for full time working home owners - politely told her I didn't appreciate the unsolicited call, at which point she hung up.

Caller: Advisory Centre A nice lady explained that I may be eligible for some tax incentives. I must not have qualified as I didn't hear back from them, however they passed my details on to an advisory firm who are now helping me sort out my superannuation which is all over the place (free of charge!). Not a scam, purely free information to try and help every day aussies to become aware of gov tax incentives they might be missing out on. She told me my details would be passed on and she was very polite. I asked if she was from the Government and she said no. Based in QLD
