This lady spunds of asian extraction and has called us in the past about an imquiry about a rental granny flat. She says she is looking to get it for an elderly man who is still in Perth, but going to move to Gold Coast. Can she have property details and particulars under the guise of coming for an appointment to view. She does not show and does not answer phone.
Around one year ago this was same case with same reason for making inquiry. VERY SUSPISCIOUS.
